De Construction Solutions were enlisted to help with façade retention at Medius House, together with party wall coordinated support design and development. The project also involved demolition propping and basement coordination, including AIP production and sign off.

Technical requirements at Castlewood House included demolition engineering support, including all geotechnical design for piled temporary restraints.
