Rob Millard CEng, MICE, AMIDE is the MD of De Construction Solutions and a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers. Rob’s extensive professional experience encompasses demolition, rail and airport infrastructure, large earthworks and remediation works, along with heavy civils construction and design management. As Chair of the Temporary Works forum he was part of the working group that developed and introduced the CITB Temporary Works General Awareness Course and is also a visiting lecturer at City, University of London for their MSc in Temporary Works and Construction Method Engineering.

Navdeep Dhillon CEng FICE, DE-CS Director, brings over 30 years of engineering and construction methodology experience across many industry sectors. With a design background in temporary works, volumetric analysis, and environmental engineering, she moved to DE-CS following successes working on high profile projects in well-known organisations.
Throughout her career, Navi has been committed to the development of others both in and beyond her role. Currently, she serves as a Reviewer and End Point Assessor for the ICE and volunteers both as a Trustee Director for the charity Homes in Mind and as fundraiser for community group HRUA. She is a pragmatic, organised, and strong communicator, enjoying challenges whilst continuously striving to better herself and support those around her.

A civil engineer and structural CAD technician with more than 15 years’ experience in engineering and fabrication projects, Murilo specialises in preparing highly detailed calculations, designs and computer-aided drawings of a wide variety of steel structures. As proficient in structural modelling and calculation as he is in drafting projects, his breadth of expertise encompasses everything from temporary works, steel frames and bridges to industrial sheds, technical buildings and airports.

Graduating with a Masters in Structural Engineering at Brunel University, Mohammed recently joined the team at De Construction Solutions, bringing with him a broad range of knowledge across the principles and practices of structural engineering. It is these skills that he now looks forward to leveraging into innovative real-world solutions for the company, enabling him to make significant contributions to the success of the company’s landmark construction projects across the capital and beyond.

Piers Davison, DE-CS Engineer, blends top-tier Materials Engineering (Loughborough University) with diverse hands-on roles, fusing design ingenuity from aerospace to family business in demolition/construction. Adept in planning, design, and material analysis, he enriches DE-CS with proven on-site expertise, forging safer and more efficient construction solutions. This collaboration propels his ongoing knowledge evolution.

Following a successful year-long internship at DE-CS and obtaining a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London, Vishal joins the DE-CS team as its latest member. Eager to apply academic principles and leverage insights gained during his internship, he looks forward to addressing real-life engineering challenges. Vishal is enthusiastic about both enhancing his experience and contributing as a valuable asset to the team.

A passionate individual graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2023 with a Masters in Structural Engineering, Joby brings his knowledge of engineering principles to achieve a range of safe design and de/construction methodologies to the De-Construction Solutions team. Joby’s enthusiasm towards gaining exposure to real life engineering challenges has made him cross borders with an intention to continually learn and contribute alongside like-minded professionals.

Leaving school with A levels in ICT, Product Design and Graphics Design — and a passion for 3D modelling — Sam brings a high level of cutting-edge expertise to his role as Trainee Technician for De Construction Solutions. Building on a solid foundation of theoretical and technical design planning skills, he is looking forward to developing his practical expertise and his professional career on high-profile projects whilst playing his part in the continued success of the company.
